In 2026, the organization „T3 EXPÉDITIONS“ is planning a spectacular journey: With five historic Citroën Traction Avant vehicles, the team will embark on a 45,000-kilometer tour from Paris through the Middle East to Beijing and back via India to France. The goal: to recreate the legendary Croisière Jaune of 1931, which was once considered a milestone in automotive history.
An adventure with depth
The expedition is led by Eric Massiet du Biest, an experienced organizer with a record of 70 major continental expeditions. However, this journey is much more than just a nostalgic revival of a historic route. The mission is divided into two symbolic sections:

L’objectif : recréer la légendaire Croisière Jaune de 1931, considérée comme une étape majeure de l’histoire automobile.
Une aventure profonde
L’expédition est dirigée par Eric Massiet du Biest, un organisateur chevronné avec à son actif 70 grandes expéditions continentales. Mais ce voyage est bien plus qu’une simple réédition nostalgique d’un itinéraire historique. La mission est divisée en deux parties symboliques :
Le trajet aller (mars – juillet 2026) : De Paris à Pékin, en hommage aux pionniers de la Croisière Jaune, avec pour but d’explorer l’histoire, la culture et la géopolitique sous un angle moderne.
