Gemäß der Satzung der Amicale Citroën Internationale sind in Deutschland zwei Delegierte verantwortlich als Repräsentanten der Clubs und Interessengemeinschaften.

In Deutschland werden diese Delegierte anläßlich der Jahreshauptversammlung aller deutschen Clubs (in der Regel im Rahmen der Technoclassica Essen) von den anwesenden Clubvertretern für eine Amtsperiode von 12 Monaten gewählt. Jeder Club kann hierzu zwei stimmberechtigte Vertreter benennen. Es gilt die einfache Mehrheit.

Für die laufende Periode ab 2019 wurden folgende Delegierte einstimmig durch die Clubs gewählt:

  Britta ist einigen sicherlich aus der Citroën-Szene bekannt – zum Einen organisiert sie seit einigen Jahren den “Enten Classic Day” in der Essener Dampfbierbrauerei, der meist im Juni jeden Jahres stattfindet (www.enten-classic-day.de) und als größtes 2CV-Treffen im Ruhrgebiet gilt.

  Des Weiteren ist sie durch ihre Kompetenz mit “Treffpunkt Citrön” (www.treffpunkt-citron.de) in der Szene anerkannt.

  2015 hat sie als Mitorganisatorin die Veranstaltung “60 Jahre Citroën DS – Die “Göttin” feiert Jubiläum in Düsseldorf” in Zusammenarbeit mit den Herstellern Citroën, DS, Peugeot, dem DS Club Deutschland e.V. und der Destination Düsseldorf vorbereitet.

  Darüber hinaus ist sie auch im Orga-Team der Citroën-Strasse auf der Technoclassica aktiv und hat somit bereits konkrete Erfahrung bei der Zusammenarbeit mit der Citroën Deutschland GmbH, die ihr bei der Arbeit für die deutschen Citroën-Clubs sicherlich weiterhelfen werden.

  Britta ist seit April 2012 für die Amicale Citroën Deutschland aktiv.

  Stephan ist seit 1990 als Vertreter der deutschen Clubs in der Amicale Citroën Internationale aktiv. Er ist Mitbegründer der internationalen ACI und der Amicale Citroën Deutschland im Jahr 2004 und war seitdem bis 2011 im Vorstand international als Vizepräsident verantwortlich für Marketing und Kommunikation, sowie ACI-Webmaster. Er hat u.a. das Logo und die visuelle Präsenz / “corporate identity” der ACI entwickelt. Nach Beendigung seiner Vorstandsarbeit ist er 2011 zum Ehrenmitglied (“Honorary Member”) der internationalen ACI ernannt worden (Link). Seit August 2014 ist er vom Vorstand zum Präsidenten der ACI international gewählt worden.

  In Deutschland ist er ebenfalls Mitbegründer der Amicale Citroën Deutschland 2004. Seit 1989 ist er aktiv auf der Technoclassica, später dann der “Citroën-Strasse” und seit 2007 deren Projektleiter, und somit u.a. auf Messen wie der Technoclassica, Citrorama und Francemobile verantwortlich für die Standkoordination der beteiligten deutschen Citroën-Clubs, sowie für die Ausstellung “La Ligne en Z – 50 Jahre Citroën Ami 1961-2011” in Essen und im Technik-Museum Speyer im Jahr 2011. Von 1995-2010 war er als Webmaster und Gründer des ACC-Website für Deutschlands größtes Citroën-Fan-Portal verantwortlich, und hat 1999 den Club “Traction Avant!” mitbegründet. Auch war er in der Organisation und Vorbereitung des Jubiläums “60 Jahre DS in Düsseldorf” aktiv.

  Seit Dezember 2014 ist er im DEUVET – Bundesverband für Clubs klassischer Fahrzeuge e.V. als Beirat für elektronische Komponenten. Die besondere Leidenschaft gilt der Sicherung des kraftfahrzeugtechnischen Kulturguts insbesondere der „digitalen Fahrzeuggeneration“, die seit der Einführung von Motorsteuergeräten zunehmend an Komplexität gewonnen hat – mittlerweile finden sich Dutzende elektronischer Komponenten mit mehreren Gigabyte integrierter Software in aktuellen Fahrzeugen. Diese Komponenten unterliegen einem herstellerunabhängigen Alterungsprozess. Neben der Problematik der Sicherung des Fahrbetriebs gilt es, schon heute seitens der Industrie, Verbänden, Clubs und Mitgliedern entsprechende Maßnahmen zu unterstützen, um dieses Kulturgut zu erhalten. Weiterhin ist er im Rahmen des “Parlamentskreis Automobiles Kulturgut” in Arbeitsgruppen u.a. zur Definition des Begriffs “Youngtimer” mit aktiv.

  Darüber hinaus betreibt Stephan ehrenamtlich weitere Internetportale rund um Citroën, darunter ami6.de, tractionavant.com, expo-bertoni.com, robri.de, amicale-citroen.de, amicale-citroen-internationale.org und andere.

Beide Delegierte fahren im Alltag selbstverständlich Citroën!

The Amicale Organisation in Germany – Your Points of Contact

In accordance with the Charter of the Amicale Citroën Internationale in Germany two Delegates are responsible as representatives of the non-commercial clubs, local organisations and interest groups for Citroën and Panhard vehicles.

In Germany, these delegates are elected at the Annual General Meeting of all German clubs (usually as part of the Technoclassica Essen) for a period of 12 months. Each club can nominate two voting representatives for this purpose and appoint candidates. The candidates are elected by the club representatives with simple majority.

For the current period the following Delegates were elected unanimously by the German Citroën clubs:

  Britta is known to many of the German Citroën “scene” – on the one hand she has been organizing for a number of years the “Enten Classic Day” for 2CV drivers at the Essen steam beer brewery (“Dampfbierbrauerei”, “Dampfe”) (www.enten-classic-day.de) which is by far the largest 2CV meeting in the Ruhrgebiet area. Furthermore, she is known through her expertise at “Treffpunkt Citrön” (www.treffpunkt-citron.de) and recognized by the Citroënists in Germany and beyond.

  In 2015 she has organized in cooperation with the manufacturers Citroën, DS, Peugeot, the German DS Club and the city of Dusseldorf the anniversary “60 Jahre Citroën DS – Die “Göttin” feiert Jubiläum in Düsseldorf” of the “goddess” in Germany.

  In addition, she is also member of the organizing team of “Citroën-Strasse” at Technoclassica and therefore is experienced in working with the Citroën Deutschland GmbH subsidiary, which adds on her capabilities to work for and with the German Citroën clubs.

  Britta has been active since April 2012 for the Amicale Citroën Deutschland.

  Stephan is active since 1990 as a representative of the German clubs at the Amicale Citroën Internationale. He is co-founder of the international ACI in 2004 and since then was an ACI Board member and responsible for international Marketing and Communications, as well as ACI Webmaster. He has inter alia been responsible for the development of the ACI logo and visual presence / “corporate identity” of the ACI brand. After completing his Board work in 2011 he was appointed an Honorary Member of th2014 at the AGM, heading a team of ACI Board members from 6 nations.

  In Germany he is also co-founder of the Amicale Citroën Deutschland in 2004. Since 1989 he has been active in the “Citroën-Strasse” and been their project manager since 2007, and thus been responsible for the coordination of all German Citroën clubs at exhibitions like the Technoclassica, Francemobile and Citrorama. He has as well been organizer of the exhibition “La Ligne en Z – 50 years of Citroen Ami 1961-2011” in Essen and at the Technik-Museum Speyer in 2011. From 1995-2010 he served as webmaster and founder of the André Citroën Club (ACC) website for Germany’s largest Citroën enthusiast portal. Also he has been part of the team organizing the 60th anniversary of the DS in Düsseldorf.

  Since December 2014, Stephan has been appointed as Advisory Council to the Board of DEUVET (German Federation of Classic Vehicle Clubs) on Electronic Components. The activities of the advisory board function shall safeguard the motor vehicle’s technical heritage with particular focus on the “digital generation of vehicles,” which has gained increasing complexity since the introduction of engine control units – now there are dozens of electronic components (ECU’s) with several gigabytes of embedded software deployed in current vehicles. These components are – manufacturer-independent – subject to a physical aging process. Besides the problem of securing the driving operations it is necessary today to create a buy-in from industry and manufacturers, associations, clubs and their members to support appropriate measures to preserve this heritage.

L’organisation de l’Amicale en Allemagne

Conformément à la Charte de l’Amicale Citroën Internationale, en Allemagne deux délégués sont responsables et les représentants des clubs, des organisations locales et les groupes d’intérêt non-commerciaux pour les vehicules Citroën et Panhard.

En Allemagne, ces délégués sont élus lors de l’assemblée générale annuelle de tous les clubs allemands (généralement dans le cadre de la foire “TechnoClassica” en Essen) pour une période de 12 mois. Chaque club peut nommer deux représentants de vote à cet effet et nommer des candidats. Les candidats sont élus par les représentants du club avec la majorité simple.

Pour la période actuelle des délégués suivants ont été élus à l’unanimité par les clubs allemand Citroën:

  Britta est bien connue de la “scène” allemand Citroën – d’une part, elle organise depuis un certain nombre d’années, la “Enten Classic Day” (“Journée classique des Deudeuches”) pour les conducteurs de 2CV au Essen dans la location “Dampfbierbrauerei”, “Dampfe” (“bière brasserie”, (www.enten-classic-day.de) qui est le plus grand rassemblement de 2CV dans la région de la Ruhrgebiet. En outre, elle est connue par son expertise à “Treffpunkt Citron” (www.treffpunkt-citron.de) par les Citroënistes.

  En 2015, elle a co-organise avec Citroen, DS, Peugeot, la ville de Duesseldorf, le Club DS en R.F.A. et sponsors l’evenement du soixantenaire de la Déesse – le “60 Jahre Citroën DS – Die “Göttin” feiert Jubiläum in Düsseldorf”.

  En outre, elle est également membre de l’équipe d’organisation de “Citroën-Strasse” à TechnoClassica et a donc déjà quelques mains sur l’expérience dans le travail avec la filiale Citroën Deutschland GmbH, qui est une bonne base dans son travail pour et avec les clubs allemand du Citroën et DS.

  Stephan est active depuis 1990 en tant que représentant des clubs allemands à l’Amicale Citroën Internationale. Il est co-fondateur de l’ACI international et national en 2004 et depuis lors, a été membre du Bureau de l’ACI et responsable du marketing et des communications internationales, ainsi que l’ACI Webmaster. Il a notamment responsable pour le logo ACI et visuelle présence / “identité” de la marque ACI. Après avoir terminé son travail de conseil en 2011, il a été nommé “membre honoraire” de l’ACI internationale. Il a été élu président de l’ACI au niveau international par le Bureau a l’Assemblée Generale de l’ACI en Août 2014.

  En Allemagne, il est également co-fondateur de l’Amicale Citroën en Allemagne en 2004. Depuis 1989, il a été actif sur le stand “Citroën-Strasse” et été leur chef de projet depuis 2007, et donc responsable de la coordination de tous les clubs Citroën allemands à expositions comme la TechnoClassica, Francemobile et Citrorama. Il a ainsi été l’organisateur de l’exposition “La Ligne en Z – 50 ans de la Citroen Ami 1961-2011” à Essen et à l’musée technique à Speyer en 2011. Il etait aussi actif dans l’organisation du 60eme anniversaire de la DS à Düsseldorf.

  De 1995 à 2010 il a servi comme webmaster et fondateur de l’André Citroën club (ACC) pour le plus grand portail Citroën amateur de l’Allemagne. Il est aussi le co-fondateur du club “Traction Avant!” en 1999 pour les Tractionistes.

  Depuis Décembre 2014, Stephan a été nommé Conseil consultatif au bureau du DEUVET (Fédération allemande des clubs véhicules classique) sur Composants Electroniques. Les activités de la fonction consultative du conseil doit sauvegarder le patrimoine technique du véhicule à moteur avec un accent particulier sur la “génération numérique des véhicules” qui a gagné complexité croissante depuis l’introduction des unités de contrôle moteur – maintenant il ya des dizaines de composants électroniques (ECU) avec plusieurs gigaoctets de logiciels embarqués déployés dans les véhicules actuels. Ces composants sont – indépendant du fabricant – soumis à un processus de vieillissement physique. Outre le problème de la sécurisation des opérations de conduite, il est aujourd’hui nécessaire de créer un “buy-in” de l’industrie et les fabricants, les associations, les clubs et leurs membres à soutenir les mesures appropriées pour préserver ce patrimoine.
