Am 25. Oktober lief im französischen Werk Aulnay-sous-Bois mit einem CITROËN C3 das letzte Fahrzeug vom Band. Der CITROËN C3 wird an das Conservatoire CITROËN geliefert. Bis 2014 werden im Werk Aulnay noch Ersatzteile produziert. Die Produktion des CITROËN C3 wird nun vollständig nach Poissy verlagert.
Das Werk Aulnay-sous-Bois wurde 1973 auf einem 170 Hektar großen Gelände nordöstlich von Paris durch die Marke CITROËN eröffnet – ab 1976 war Aulnay ein Werk von PSA PEUGEOT CITROËN. In den 40 Jahren Produktionszeit wurden in Aulnay insgesamt 8.568.391 Millionen Fahrzeuge produziert: vom CITROËN CX (1974 bis 1989, 1.013.069 Einheiten) über den CITROËN AX (1986 bis 1995, 1.067.615 Einheiten) und den CITROËN Saxo (1995 bis 2003, 1.662.288 Einheiten) bis hin zum CITROËN C3 (2001 bis 2013, 2.081.433 Einheiten).
Seit Einführung des Sozialplans für Aulnay am 2. Mai 2013 wurden bereits 2.700 von 3.000 Mitarbeitern neu beschäftigt oder haben einen Stellenumbesetzungsprozess gestartet: 1.100 von ihnen haben innerhalb des Konzerns neue Beschäftigungen gefunden, weitere 1.100 bei anderen Unternehmen und 500 Arbeitnehmer sind in Rente gegangen oder profitieren von externen Wiedereingliederungsmaßnahmen. Die PSA Gruppe unterstützt jeden Mitarbeiter bei seiner Stellensuche – hierfür sorgt vor Ort ein Team von 75 Spezialisten aus dem Personalwesen.
Zugleich arbeitet die Gruppe an verschiedenen Szenarien, um den Standort zu reindustrialisieren. So sollen Unternehmen angelockt werden, die über Stellen verfügen, die auf die Fähigkeiten der Mitarbeiter im Werk Aulnay ausgerichtet sind. Mit ID Logistics wird 2015 das erste Unternehmen seine Tätigkeit in Aulnay aufnehmen – hierdurch entstehen 590 neue Stellen.

Last Citroën vehicle produced in Aulnay-Sous-Bois
On October 25th, the French factory plant Aulnay-sous-Bois ended the production with a CITROËN C3 being the last vehicle off the line. The Citroën C3 is supplied to the Citroën Conservatoire. By 2014, spare parts are being produced in the Aulnay factory. The production of the Citroën C3 is now fully moved to Poissy.
The work Aulnay-sous-Bois was opened in 1973 on a 170 acre site northeast of Paris by CITROËN – and from 1976 Aulnay was a plant of PSA Peugeot Citroën jointly. Since the introduction of the social plan for Aulnay on 2 May 2013, 2,700 of the 3,000 employed staff were subject to the restructuring activities: 1,100 of them have found new jobs within the company, another 1,100 went to other companies, 500 workers have gone into retirement or benefit from external reintegration measures. The PSA group supports each employee in his job search – this is handled on site by a team of 75 HR specialists.
At the same time, the group is working on various scenarios to reindustrialise the site. So companies should be attracted who have business demands that are focused on the skills of employees at Aulnay. With ID Logistics, in 2015 the first company start business in Aulnay – this creates 590 new jobs.
