Nicht nur Insidern dürfte bekannt sein, daß die gesamte Geschichte der Marke CITROËN in einem Ort mit besonderer Symbolik, dem “CITROËN Konservatorium” (Conservatoire) aufbewahrt wird. Der im Norden von Paris in Aulnay-sous-Bois gelegene Standort beherbergt eine einzigartige Kollektion von Modellen und Objekten, die über die Jahre gesammelt wurden.

CITROËN Héritage, die zuständige Organisation des Unternehmens, bringt nun eine neue Ausgabe des Buches “Le Patrimoine CITROËN” heraus, die mit vielen Original-Fotos den Fokus auf einige ausgefallene Objekte der historischen Sammlung richtet.

Das reich illustrierte Buch beschreibt die Anstrengungen, die zur Bewahrung des unternehmerischen Erbes unternommen werden, und bietet einige Impressionen zur Geschichte von CITROËN und den Fahrzeugen, Objekten und Archivdokumenten.

Diese neue Ausgabe wurde erweitert, um die neuesten Übernahmen sowie die Restauration des U23 Autobus zu dokumentieren, den Service von André Citroën sowie eine Reihe von architektonischen Elementen und Stilen zu präsentieren. Mit jeder neuen Seite bietet das Buch einen faszinierenden Einblick in die Welt von CITROËN.

Das Buch “Le Patrimoine Citroën” steht am Conservatoire sowie im Gebäude “C_42” auf der Pariser Champs-Elysees ab 22€ inkl. MwSt. zum Verkauf.

CITROËN Héritage verkauft darüber hinaus auch eine Büste von André Citroën. Hergestellt aus Harz und Metallpulver mit einem Bronze-Finish, trägt die Büste ein Messingschild mit der Aufschrift “André Citroën 1878-1935”.

Die Büste ist zum Verkauf für 659 € incl. Mehrwertsteuer oder € 549,17 netto erhältlich, zuzüglich Versandkosten.

Today, CITROËN Héritage is bringing out a new edition of the book “Le Patrimoine CITROËN”, featuring original photos that turn the spotlight on the superb articles contained in the historic collection.

A richly illustrated book, “Le Patrimoine CITROËN” describes the efforts made to safeguard, list and showcase the expressions of CITROËN history represented by the vehicles, objects and archive documents.

This new edition has been expanded to include the latest acquisitions such as the renovated U23 coach, André Citroën’s desk, and a number of architectural and style drawings. With each turn of the page, the book provides a fascinating insight into the world of CITROËN.

The book “Le Patrimoine Citroën” is on sale at the Conservatoire and at C_42 from €22 incl. VAT.

CITROËN Héritage is also selling a bust of André CITROËN. Made of resin and metal powder with a bronze finish, the bust carries a brass plate marked “André Citroën 1878-1935”.

CITROËN HERITAGE : NOUVELLE EDITION DU LIVRE “LE PATRIMOINE CITROËN”

Toute l’histoire de la marque CITROËN est portée par un lieu symbolique, le Conservatoire CITROËN, qui abrite une magnifique collection de modèles et d’objets recueillis au fil du temps. Aujourd’hui, CITROËN Héritage propose une nouvelle édition du livre “Le patrimoine CITROËN”, qui met en lumière, au travers de photos inédites, ces belles pièces du fond historique.

“Le Patrimoine CITROËN”, abondamment illustré, a pour mission de présenter ce qui est entrepris pour sauvegarder, inventorier et valoriser les témoignages de l’histoire CITROËN que constituent les véhicules, les objets et les documents d’archives.

Cette nouvelle édition a été enrichie des dernières acquisitions de la collection comme l’autocar restauré U23, le bureau d’André Citroën ou encore les différents dessins de style et d’architecture. Au fil des pages, c’est alors tout l’univers CITROËN qui se dévoile et suscite la curiosité.

Le livre “Le Patrimoine Citroën”, en vente au Conservatoire et au C_42, est proposé à partir de 22 € TTC.

Par ailleurs CITROËN Héritage propose à la vente un buste d’André CITROËN. Réalisé en résine et en poudre de métal, finition “Bronze”, ce buste porte une plaque en laiton “André Citroën 1878-1935”.
Le prix de vente est de 659 euros TTC soit 549,17 euros HT, hors frais de port.

Das Ende einer Ära: Letzter Citroën im Werk Aulnay-Sous-Bois vom Band gerollt

Am 25. Oktober lief im französischen Werk Aulnay-sous-Bois mit einem CITROËN C3 das letzte Fahrzeug vom Band. Der CITROËN C3 wird an das Conservatoire CITROËN geliefert. Bis 2014 werden im Werk Aulnay noch Ersatzteile produziert. Die Produktion des CITROËN C3 wird nun vollständig nach Poissy verlagert.

Das Werk Aulnay-sous-Bois wurde 1973 auf einem 170 Hektar großen Gelände nordöstlich von Paris durch die Marke CITROËN eröffnet – ab 1976 war Aulnay ein Werk von PSA PEUGEOT CITROËN. In den 40 Jahren Produktionszeit wurden in Aulnay insgesamt 8.568.391 Millionen Fahrzeuge produziert: vom CITROËN CX (1974 bis 1989, 1.013.069 Einheiten) über den CITROËN AX (1986 bis 1995, 1.067.615 Einheiten) und den CITROËN Saxo (1995 bis 2003, 1.662.288 Einheiten) bis hin zum CITROËN C3 (2001 bis 2013, 2.081.433 Einheiten).

Seit Einführung des Sozialplans für Aulnay am 2. Mai 2013 wurden bereits 2.700 von 3.000 Mitarbeitern neu beschäftigt oder haben einen Stellenumbesetzungsprozess gestartet: 1.100 von ihnen haben innerhalb des Konzerns neue Beschäftigungen gefunden, weitere 1.100 bei anderen Unternehmen und 500 Arbeitnehmer sind in Rente gegangen oder profitieren von externen Wiedereingliederungsmaßnahmen. Die PSA Gruppe unterstützt jeden Mitarbeiter bei seiner Stellensuche – hierfür sorgt vor Ort ein Team von 75 Spezialisten aus dem Personalwesen.

Zugleich arbeitet die Gruppe an verschiedenen Szenarien, um den Standort zu reindustrialisieren. So sollen Unternehmen angelockt werden, die über Stellen verfügen, die auf die Fähigkeiten der Mitarbeiter im Werk Aulnay ausgerichtet sind. Mit ID Logistics wird 2015 das erste Unternehmen seine Tätigkeit in Aulnay aufnehmen – hierdurch entstehen 590 neue Stellen.

Last Citroën vehicle produced in Aulnay-Sous-Bois

On October 25th, the French factory plant Aulnay-sous-Bois ended the production with a CITROËN C3 being the last vehicle off the line. The Citroën C3 is supplied to the Citroën Conservatoire. By 2014, spare parts are being produced in the Aulnay factory. The production of the Citroën C3 is now fully moved to Poissy.

The work Aulnay-sous-Bois was opened in 1973 on a 170 acre site northeast of Paris by CITROËN – and from 1976 Aulnay was a plant of PSA Peugeot Citroën jointly. In the 40 years of production, in Aulnay a total 8,568,391 million vehicles were produced: the Citroën CX (1974 to 1989: 1,013,069 units), the Citroën AX (from 1986 to 1995: 1,067,615 units) and the Citroën Saxo (1995 to 2003: 1,662,288 units) was followed by the CITROËN C3 (2001 to 2013: 2,081,433 units).

Since the introduction of the social plan for Aulnay on 2 May 2013, 2,700 of the 3,000 employed staff were subject to the restructuring activities: 1,100 of them have found new jobs within the company, another 1,100 went to other companies, 500 workers have gone into retirement or benefit from external reintegration measures. The PSA group supports each employee in his job search – this is handled on site by a team of 75 HR specialists.

At the same time, the group is working on various scenarios to reindustrialise the site. So companies should be attracted who have business demands that are focused on the skills of employees at Aulnay. With ID Logistics, in 2015 the first company start business in Aulnay – this creates 590 new jobs.

The number of dossiers and documentation made available by the Archive department of the CITROËN Conservatoire has been enlarged and a quite big number of documents is now available.
