Citroën und die Kunst
Der französische Künstler und Fotograf Renaud Marion hat sich im Jahr 2013 Gedanken darüber gemacht, wie die Automobile des 20. Jahrhunderts in eine Epoche überführt werden können, die wir aus Filmen wie “Total Recall” schon kennen. Entstanden sind ästhetisch sehr schöne Arbeiten, wie man sie sich schon heute auf den Strassen wünschen möchte.
Jakob Munkhammar aus Schweden hat diese Idee wieder aufgegriffen und sie insbesondere auf historische Citroën-Modelle übertragen – seine Kompositionen unter dem Titel “Flying Citroën” bringen die Fans schnell auf die Idee, daß hier die berühmten Technologien des “Moteur flottant” (der in den 30er Jahren eingeführten schwebenden Motoraufhängung) oder der Hydropneumatik ins 21. Jahrhundert weiterentwickelt wurden – zum “Voiture Flottant”…

Vintage Citroën evolving into the 21st century – the “Voiture Flottant”?
The French artist and photographer Renaud Marion has spent some thoughts in 2013 about how the cars of the 20th century can be converted into an era that we know from films such as “Total Recall” already today. The result is aesthetically very beautiful work based on photography and Photoshop and an interpretation on how he sees the car to be on the streets of today.
The Swedish artist Jakob Munkhammar has this idea taken up again and applied that concept in particular onto historical Citroen cars – his compositions known under the title “Flying Citroën” bring the fans quickly to the idea that the famous invention by Citroën from the 30s, the “flottant Moteur” (floating engine mount) or hydropneumatics were further developed into the 21st century environments – the “Voiture Flottant” …

L’automobile et l’art: le dessin du “Voiture Flottant”
L’artiste et photographe française Marion Renaud a fait en 2013 la réflexion sur la façon dont les voitures du 20e siècle peuvent être convertis en une époque que nous savons de films tels que “Total Recall” déjà aujourd’hui. Le résultat est esthétiquement très beau travail, la façon dont nous voulons voir les voitures dans les rues d’aujourd’hui.
L’artiste suédois Jakob Munkhammar a reprise cette idée et de les transférer en particulier les voitures historiques du Citroen – ses compositions sous le titre “Flying Citroën” apporter rapidement l’idée du “Moteur Flottant” (des années 30 introduit sur les Citroën) ou hydropneumatics ont été développés dans le 21ème siècle – la “Voiture flottant”…
