Vom 31. Juli bis zum 4. August 2013 findet auf dem Rundkurs von „Motorland Aragón“ in der Nähe von Alcañiz (Spanien) das Welttreffen der Freunde des CITROËN 2CV statt. 2011 wurde beim Welttreffen in Frankreich mit mehr als 20.000 Teilnehmern und 7.000 CITROËN 2CV aus der ganzen Welt ein Rekord aufgestellt.
Das 20. Treffen rund um das charismatischste und meistverkaufte Fahrzeuge der Marke (mehr als fünf Millionen Exemplare wurden innerhalb von 42 Jahren produziert – hiervon 3.868.634 als Limousine und 1.246.335 als Kastenwagen) bringt zahlreiche 2CV-Liebhaber, aber auch 2CV-Clubs und Privatbesucher zusammen. Für alle ist es die Gelegenheit, sich zu ihrer gemeinsamen Passion auszutauschen und ein Wochenende ganz im Rhythmus des CITROËN 2CV zu verbringen.
Ein CITROËN Museum wird für kurze Zeit auf der Feria de Alcañiz errichtet – hier werden die symbolträchtigsten CITROËN Modelle ausgestellt, die in Vigo produziert wurden. Eine kleine historische Anspielung – schließlich wurden im Werk Vigo seit seiner Gründung im Jahr 1958 der CITROËN 2CV Kastenwagen und später auch der CITROËN 2CV als Limousine produziert.
Das Welttreffen stellt eine bedeutende Veranstaltung für die CITROËN Sammler und für Amicale Citroën Internationale (ACI) dar, im Rahmen derer verschiedene Wettbewerbe organisiert werden (Rennen auf dem Rundkurs oder im Gelände, Montage-und Demontage-Wettbewerb der „Ente“). Hierbei wird stets der vielseitige Charakter des mythischen CITROËN Modells in Erinnerung gerufen.

CITROËN: THE 20TH WORLD MEETING OF 2CV FRIENDS
After beating the attendance record in 2011 in France, with more than 20,000 participants, 7,000 Citroën 2CVs and derivatives from all over the world, the international meeting for 2CV aficionados will run from 31 July to 4 August 2013 on the Motorland Aragon race track near Alcañiz, Spain. It will be an opportunity for the 2CV to show off its many facets at a major motor sports venue!
The 20th event themed on Citroën’s most charismatic and biggest-selling model (with more than 5 million units manufactured over 42 years, made up of 3,868,634 saloons and 1,246,335 vans) will attract many enthusiasts, both 2CV clubs and individuals. They will have an opportunity to discuss their shared passion and spend a long weekend enjoying life at the 2CV pace!
One highlight will be the temporary Citroën museum on the site of the Feria de Alcañiz, with a display of the emblematic models manufactured by Citroën in Vigo, Spain. This is a nod to 2CV history, as the Vigo plant started manufacturing the 2CV van as soon as it opened in 1958, and later the 2CV touring car.
At this major event for Citroën collectors and for Amicale Citroën Internationale (ACI), various competitions will be organised (all-road and track races, and 2CV disassembly/reassembly competitions), showcasing the versatility of this legendary model.

Après avoir battu des records de participation en France en 2011 avec plus de 20.000 participants, 7.000 CITROËN 2 CV et dérivées venues du monde entier, le rendez-vous mondial de tous les « aficionados » de la 2CV se tiendra, du 31 juillet au 4 août 2013, en Espagne, sur le circuit de Motorland Aragon, à proximité d’Alcañiz. L’occasion pour la 2CV de mettre en avant ses différentes facettes dans ce haut lieu du sport automobile!
Ce 20ème rendez-vous autour de la voiture la plus charismatique et la plus vendue de la Marque (plus de 5 millions d’exemplaires fabriqués en 42 ans, dont 3.868.634 berlines et 1.246.335 fourgonnettes), réunira de nombreux passionnés, aussi bien des clubs de 2 CV, que des particuliers. L’occasion pour eux d’échanger autour de leur passion commune et de vivre le temps d’un week-end au rythme de la 2CV, un véritable art de vivre!
Incontournable, un musée CITROËN éphémère sera installé sur le site de la Feria de Alcañiz, où seront exposés les modèles emblématiques fabriqués par la Marque Citroën à Vigo. Clin d’oeil historique, puisque dès sa création en 1958, l’usine de Vigo produisait la 2CV fourgonnette, puis la 2CV de tourisme.
Une rencontre majeure pour les collectionneurs Citroën et pour l’Amicale Citroën Internationale (ACI), au cours de laquelle diverses compétitions seront organisées (courses tout terrain et sur circuit, concours montage-démontage de 2 CV) ce qui n’est pas sans rappeler le caractère
polyvalent de ce modèle mythique.
